I have had meal planning in my planner and on my to-do list for.ev.er and never get around to it. But I did it yesterday!!! (Here’s where you applaud, lol) I love reading what others are planning to have that week and getting some ideas for myself (tons of recipe pinned and links saved….but yet no meal plan until today….anyone else?)
So without further ado…..Meal Plan for October 3-October 9
Monday: honey lemon garlic salmon with prosciutto wrapped Asparagus and salad
Tuesday: slow cooker taco meat with all the fixin’s
Wednesday: harvest minestrone soup with bread and salad
Saturday: slow cooker meatloaf stuffed peppers with salad
Sunday: spaghetti with salad and garlic bread
