Keep Going…..Don’t Start Over

why i will keep going and not start over

I am the poster child for slipping up on a healthy eating plan, exercise plan, house cleaning schedule, any ‘plan’ really and then saying ‘ok….I’ll start over tomorrow or next week’. It’s no wonder why I haven’t accomplished any of these goals to become healthier. So this new year a goal of mine is to not have any ‘start overs’. I’m just going to get back on track and keep going.

So if I stop by the drive thru for not so healthy fast good (uh….like tonight), I’m just going to get back on track and keep going. If I miss a few days of workouts, I’m just going to get back on track and keep going. If the house looks like a mess (uh…like it does now, lol), I’m just going to get back on track and keep going. Whatever it is that I have a plan for….and I slip up…I’m just going to get back on track and keep going!

No more waiting till the next day to start over. No more waiting till the next week to start over. I am missing so many valuable days that I could be getting closer to my goals. I will get there so much faster, even with slip ups, if I just stop starting over.
