I read a blog post from Sarah Adler over at Simply Real Health and a couple things really resonated with me. So I need to get back on track…or maybe not ‘back’ but just on track with eating better and having more balance with food.

MONDAY: Bell Pepper Taco Skillet
THURSDAY: Zucchini Lasagna
SATURDAY: Leftovers or eat out
SUNDAY: Spaghetti with Slow Cooker Marinara
